Do You Take Reservations?

At The Keys, we only accept reservations Monday through Thursday. To make a reservation, please call The Keys at 419-285-5397.

For large parties on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, we accommodate on a first-come, first-served basis. We have many tables that seat six or more and can be rearranged to suit your group. We use a paging system to notify you when your table is ready. While you wait, enjoy a cocktail at one of our three bars and relax in our ample outdoor seating with stunning views of Lake Erie.

Can We Reserve For a Large Group?

For groups of 20 or more, please contact Laura Booker Coviello at 216-970-9196 or lbcove216@gmail.com. Laura is happy to assist you and will provide excellent service, helping you select the ideal location and menu items while considering your party’s specific needs and our availability.

Do You Sell Gift Cards?

We do sell gift cards. They can be purchased online here and at Local Color, our gift shop next to The Keys.

What Are Your Hours?

Our hours change often at the beginning and end of each season, and at times during the summer in the case of an event. Please look on our website’s home page and social media pages for the most accurate hours.

Do You Have Gluten Free Options?

The Keys offers a wide array of Gluten Free Items: Breads, Buns, Salad Dressings, Entrees and Side Dishes. *Disclaimer* While we are happy and able to accommodate Gluten Free Diets, by using Gluten Free Products, and Sanitizing work and cooking surfaces, we still can not guarantee that we are 100% Gluten Free Kitchen. The High Volume nature of our kitchen and also with the amount of other Gluten Containing items throughout our kitchen, we can’t not say there is not a small chance of cross-contamination. Please let your server or bartender know about Gluten sensitivity and we will make sure to properly communicate that to our kitchen staff.
